Pecan Meadows HOA - Notice of Annual Meeting​ 

November 17th, 2024 at 2pm via zoom only

An annual Meeting notification was also sent via email October 4, 2024 to all neighbors. 

The agenda and dial in information will be sent via email after November 1, 2024.

At this point all current HOA Board and ACC members have indicated they would continue to serve in their roles, unless someone would like to step in.

If you are interested in serving on the HOA board, please complete this self nominating form and return to pecanmeadowshoa@gmail.com by November 11, 2024.

As per the HOA bylaws, HOA board members will be elected by majority vote during the annual meeting.

If you are interested in serving on the ACC, please send an email to pecanmeadowshoa@gmail.com​ by November 11, 2024.

As per the HOA CCRs, all ACC members will be appointed by the Pecan Meadows HOA Board. 

If you are NOT able to attend the Annual Meeting, PLEASE complete this proxy form and return to pecanmeadowshoa@gmail.com by November 11, 2024.

As per the HOA CCRs, 20% (14 members) of eligible members must be attending the annual meeting to constitute a quorum.

And yes, the HOA has gone digital! Thanks for your help to keep our HOA dues low!

Pecan Meadows is located in the heart of Flower Mound. 

We are a small community of only 68 homes located on 1/2 or 3/4 acre lots.

Pecan Meadows homeowners are automatically a member of the Pecan Meadows HOA.
