Architectural Committee

The Pecan Meadows Board would like to reiterate our appreciation to our community for maintaining the quality and appearance of the homes in our HOA area. Your pride in your properties is evident in the manner that homes are maintained and improved.

For those of you planning to make changes or updates to your property we encourage you to refer to the architectural documentation on the HOA tab. 

Please also feel free to reach out to the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) with any questions you may have. 

Just a quick reminder that before starting any updates or repairs, in particular work visible from the street, please  submit a request to the Pecan Meadows HOA via SMARTWEB. That process can be accomplished quickly and helps all your neighbors with keeping our home values strong and growing.
